What To Expect From Your Inspection

Your Inspection

At Southern Eagle Inspections, we understand that buying, selling, or maintaining a home can be a big undertaking. We understand how important your inspection is. That’s why we strive to provide you with professional and quality service from the moment you reach out to us. When you work with me, I’ll walk through your home with you, teaching you as much as you want to learn about the property. We strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by ASHI, the governing body for Mississippi, which ensures that you get an accurate and unbiased inspection.

After the inspection, I’ll explain the general condition of the home and its systems to you and your agent, highlighting any major issues that need to be addressed and discussing items that you’ll want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. All of this will be detailed in my easy-to-read Spectora report, which will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. With your report, you’ll be able to see the items we discussed, with images for reference and to make an informed decision. I want to make sure that you have all the information you need to make a confident decision.
